All orders usually take between 2 and 5 days to create and ship. This may increase slightly during sales periods.
If there are any problems with your order, for example, if a new photo of the pet is needed, the production time will logically be extended.
We send all customers proof for approval before printing. The sooner you approve it, the faster we can ship it. The delivery time starts from the date you agree to the artwork proof.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it is available.
We produce locally and ship in the following countries and continents:
- United States: 10-15 business days ( usually sooner).
- UK: 10-14 business days
- Australia: 5-9 business days
- Europe: 10-14 business days
