FAQ

Which photo is better to get the best results for my dog’s portrait?

1.) Photo is taken in a well-lit area, ideally, without a filter and in natural lighting.
2.) Close up and head-on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your dog’s face. Photos of your pet lying down are not ideal.

Do you make portraits of other pets?

Of course, we do! We love animals and have been creating unique dog, cat, and horse portraits for many years. If you’re looking to commission a picture of your animal, be it an adorable hamster or a gorgeous horse, then get in touch with us today at hello@verywoof.com.

Will you send me proof or a preview to approve it for printing?

We will send you a proof for your approval within 3-4 working days after placing the order.

Do you create dog memorials or dog remembrance gifts?

The Verywoof team is privileged to be able to create portraits of your passed-away dogs. Many clients commission us to print memorial dog portraits for their family or friends. It is a much-appreciated gift.
You can select any dog art style and add the text that best represents the love and remembrance of the passed-away dog. Check our memorial pet portrait options here for a full customization portrait.

Do you only sell three sizes of canvases?

No, we have more than 20 different sizes up to 40 inches (101.6 cm). If you need a different size, write us at hello@verywoof.com, and we will send you all the information about other sizes and formats for watercolor dog portraits, pencil dog drawings, and dog illustration portraits.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

You can change your order after it’s been placed! We are happy to help with any changes you need as long as they’re made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, most updates will no longer work, and shipping delays may result from those types of modifications..

When will you send me the free digital copy?

With each order, you will receive a link where you can download a high-quality digital file of your finished pet artwork.
We will send you the file when we receive the delivery confirmation from the carrier.

What shipping times can I expect?

We produce locally and ship in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. These are the shipping options:
United States: 10-15 business days ( usually sooner).
UK: 10-14 business days
Europe: 10-14 business days
Australia: 5-9 business days

Shipping is free .

The delivery time starts from the date you approve the artwork, within 3-4 working days after placing the order.
